I had a really unpleasant experience yesterday on one of your buses. I had asked the driver if his bus stopped at Laurenckirk and he raised his voice at me can't remember his exact words but he was really rude. I had never been on that bus before which is why I was asking. I just hope I'm never on a bus he is driving on again.( I was travelling on the 11am bus from Stonehaven the 26.) sorry for the negative review.
