Pete finished my kitchen in December to his usual high standards and has now just finished fitting out my bedroom . He has now modernised my whole house and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a first class job at very reasonable rates. He is a hard working man who takes a pride in everything he does. I wish him every success.

Glenclova Properties is a one man business, but what a man. His versatility, attention to detail, standard of workmanship and commitment are, in my experience next to none. I have had many tradesmen in my property over the past five years but none as pleasant or hardworking as Mr Assenti. No moans or groans. He just saw what was needing done and got on with it. I have had him convert a brieze block outhouse into an office and he has sorted out a nightmare of a bathroom which was originally put in by other tradesmen. No job appeared too taxing for him. Fitting a double glazed window, plasterboarding, floor tiling , wall tiling, insulating walls, fitting doors etc, etc. He was extremely acommodating charged very resonable rates. he will be back in the spring to repoint the outside of my house. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Peter converted a brieze block garage for me into an office/bothy.. The end result was quickly achieved and of a very high proffessional standard. Pete did everything himself - plasterboarding, insulation, doubleglazed window, tiling etc, etc. His rates were very reasonable and I now have him fitting my bathroom for me. I would have no hesitaton recomending him to any one needing a job done from start to finnish without hassel

Just used Glenclova after friend recommended them. I needed the job done in a hurry but wanted it done properly....I got both and at a very reasonable price. They didn't leave me looking for all the other trademen and did everything themselves. Would highly recommend.
