    This B & B is in a class of its own. Friendly welcoming owners, lovely bright rooms, clean and tidy. The breakfast was great with something for everyone. Extra little touches made our stay special, easter card and cream eggs for the kids in room on arrival. I would advise anybody going to dundee to ditch the big hotels and go for the personal experiance at ash villa.
