    Estimated removal over the phone only. 1. Arrived at wrong house number. 2. Lorry obviously too small although assured it would be alright. 3. Decided they had loaded enough and left with many items still standing in the front garden. They did not even call their head office to inform them of the situation, but just left us trying to continue with the removal. We could not hire a van so had to use as many cars as we could. I have telephoned but my calls are not returned, I have written but have not had any reply.
