My fiance commisioned Garry and his wife Wendy to make an engagement ring for me, and the service has been really excellent! They even gave my fiance their mobile number to keep in touch so they could know how the proposal went. They happily sat with us for ages and talked about choices of finishes and stones for the ring, with examples from their sample book and finished items, as well as making sure the band fit me exactly. They really go out of their way to make their customers happy and are very friendly, with no pressure. All in all, a really good experience for a special ring!

Have handed in jewellery to get cleaned on 12/1/2007. Called to be told to collect Wed 24/1/2007 shop has been closed since. Beleive they have called shop next door to say sick. No information when to reopen no contact with customers understand if people are sick but lack of contact and information now making me a bit concerned as to sudden closure of shop. Anyone else trying to find out what has happened?....
