• No problems here

  Been using this kennel for four years, and 3 different kennels before this. None of them came even close to this one. Both dogs came back after two weeks cleaner than they went in and the staff were extemely polite and helpfull when we had to change times/dates at the last minute. Got a feeling the above review was written by a rival kennel owner!!!!!!

• very thirsty dog!!!

  on arrival, waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there, on eventual contact from the owner, she checked our documents were in order, which set my mind at ease. How wrong could i have been, we arrived to a very nervous dog, who couldn't wait to get out the door, to urinate and then into the car. he had also went to the toilet in the kennel, which he has never previously done, and he has stayed in kennels of family members who let him out for this purpose, as he would never go to the toilet unless under duress. to me, he wasn't even let out of the kennel in his 26 hour stay. this is the norm, i hear you say... ok. how about a dog drinking 3 LARGE FULL bowls of water when he arrives at home?? not normal for our dog..... very disappointed. will NEVER visit again, and i hope you dont either!! the rotten scoundrels!!!!!!!
